چکیده
Abstract Aims Cardiac patients with low socioeconomic status and non-western ethnic background have worse outcomes. The aim of this nationwide study was to determine whether the immediate effect CR differs between groups defined by background, disparity in prognosis cardiac is diminished participation. Methods We included all Denmark myocardial infarction and/or coronary revascularization from August 2015 until March 2018. Level education, as a marker for status, divided into four groups, ethnicity Danish, non-Western Western. Participation identified through Danish Rehabilitation Database (DHRD) National Patient Register. Primary outcome achievement quality indicators, including risk factor control medication, DHRD, secondary composite endpoint cardiovascular disease hospitalization all-cause mortality (MACE). Results 34,511 whom 19,383 had participated 9,882 provided information on data DHRD. Higher education associated greater improvement VO2peak were less likely be screened depression or receive dietary consulting. No other significant found across ethnicity. There strong gradient MACE irrespective participation, medication (adjusted HR 0.71 (0.58–0.86) high versus education). Similarly, origin higher 1.2 (1.1–1.4). Conclusion CHD which unaffected results indicate that CR, conventional medical treatment limited impact these disparities. Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: Foundation.
